The Cowboy Poet
Claire Thompson
Tyler Sutton can run all he wants from his past, but he's still got himself to contend with. Dark secret dreams of sexual submission continue to haunt the magazine reporter. The embers of his hidden yearnings burst into a bright flame of reality when Tyler meets Clint Darrow, the cowboy poet.
Clint, the foreman on a West Texas bull ranch, hides his dominant sensual nature behind the laconic, quiet persona of a true Texas cowboy. When the pair is thrown together in a search to uncover the culprit of a series of thefts at various local ranches, the connection is immediate and fierce. As they begin to explore their attraction for one another, Clint senses Tyler's need for sexual surrender. Clint must exert every ounce of self control to keep from pushing Tyler too far, too fast. When passion overtakes caution, the firestorm of desire that erupts between them threatens to burn everything in its path.

Kaylea Cross
A lifetime of regret…
After legendary CIA contractor Luke Hutchinson unknowingly trained the man who would become the world's most dangerous terrorist, he has no choice but to hunt him across the globe. Driven to complete that final mission, he fears his enemy has targeted the only woman Luke has ever loved. Unfortunately for him she's his ex-wife, and already facing another deadly threat he can't protect her from.
A lifetime of pain…
Emily always hoped Luke would find his way back to her, but she's finally given up on that impossible dream. Now that she’s fighting her own life and death battle, the last thing she wants is to get entangled with the man who ripped out her heart and left her to raise their son on her own.
One final chance at absolution…
Undeniable sparks fly when they’re forced to share a roof, but unless Luke can get Emily to trust him, they won't get the second chance they've waited over two decades for. And time is running out. The monster Luke created is on the move again, bent on destroying him and anyone who gets in the way.

Wow The Crowded Shadows is one creepy as cover!! Hope it's a great read.

Good luck with finishing off the mini books, that's a lovely gift. I've always wanted to do a 365 photo journalling challenge too, just never seem to get around to it LOL
Have a wonderful week, stay safe over the festive season!

I am hoping the second book works for me - I like the first in the series so far..

I ma slowly gonig through the mini books - I am only doing four - but colour scheme is always my problem...

I am thinking of doing the 365 project - not sure why they dont sell it in the Uk - I am going to try and order it to some in the states and then have it posted to me - cost me less that way I think...

I'm with Shelia on this one, Absolution actually looks really really good! The kind of book you'd love to see made into a really good action movie.

Always love stopping by your site! Great books and wonderful eye candy! ;o)

Have a fabulous holiday reading week and thanks again for stopping by earlier!
