Thanks You All and Enjoy One of my Favourite

I want to thank all the guys who supported me during my read-A-thon, from the start to the finish I got little bumps through my inbox and comment telling me to hang in there. I had fun and of course I am looking forward to next years event. 

I am still on a little over reading high from the weekend but I am so loving this feeling. I am up and about and of course I am playing one of my old time favourite song…. Share with me…

 

I song this song on my way to primary school most mornings – swinging  my bag handles around and a book for the mic…

(Imagine a 8-9 year old singing this song for days on end. Parents with kids who love Hannah Montana you know how my parents felt – yes exactly)

 

I had it played at my graduation party – everyone knew it by then, so we all had a blast.

First week at secondary – I made it known it was my favourite song and I made sure they never forget it for the entire durations)

 

At my 21st – My loves play this for me – as of course – Love me love THE song I love as well.

(Well what did you expect I had a list – If a guy loved me – he had to love my songs as well)

 

Now years later – I bombard my kids with it as often as I can. They even know the words….

(And they use it every chance they get to get their own way  - I am so easy)

 

I was a romantic even from way back then – and this song is so much more than just the lyrics, and I love it…

Looking back now, that was not a song I should be singing at 8-9, but as my mom said, “Sign’s of things to come” – yup a house full of romance novels)
