This weekend I took the entire weekend off from my books and spend it at a two day craft fair with my niece. Firstly I was very surprised I went two days without reading a book and it’s a funny feeling, but good.
I made the decision late summer to start scrapping book for the autumn, winter season and this was the first major craft fair I have been to, to stock up on paper, glue and all the other things that are involved in the paper craft hobby…
I had a wonderful time – I am now absolutely tired but so pleased with the two day event… Paper craft in the UK is definitely geared towards a certain demography and it was about 10-15 years older than I am. On the first day my niece was the only child there and the second day there was about a dozen or so kids at the fair.
I took a few photos – so see my weekend in lights as it was….
I was a beautiful day so we got the train and the bus to the event and I had to take a photo of the big read bus and the current movie coming out in the cinema this week..
Crowd control anyone – This was the queue we had to face for the two day – and there was two entrance. believe it or not I was somewhere at the front, all these people are before me.
We walked and got shoved and had a loads of laughter
I couldn’t resist the black cab photo – and as you can see a spectacularly sunny day..
And this is my little princess – She had a marvellous day as you can see from her smile..
I hope your weekend was as good as mine – and now I am going back to my books…
